This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased through our website https://detoxifyorganfil.ddd. This policy is in compliance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU and Finnish consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalties beyond the direct cost of returning the goods.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

- The order number or date of purchase.
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
- The date of your withdrawal request.
You may use the following model withdrawal statement (but it is not mandatory):

4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- The product must not have been used.
- The product must be returned in substantially the same condition as received.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery, where the goods are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Since Steady Sight & Strength is a dietary supplement, opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
6. Returning the Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.
- The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

- We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Please package the goods carefully to prevent damage during return shipping.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
- If you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery, we are not obligated to reimburse the additional cost beyond standard delivery.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at managers@detoxifyorganfil.world with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the damage or defect.
- Photographs of the damaged product and packaging, if possible.
Under Finnish consumer protection law, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) for products that are faulty or do not match the product description. The statutory warranty period for defective goods is based on the reasonable expected lifespan of the product.

- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
